Discussion I Think I Made Progress on Fixing my Frame Pacing and Framerate Issues
So I have been having issue where my game will stutter a lot and the framerate won’t stay at a consistent 60. I tried used an fps stabilizer and that hardly helped at all. I then tried 30 fps without the patch to remove input delay but the movement of the camera was bugging out and screen tearing a ton. I discovered that if I turn on motion blur and 60fps patch, I can have a somewhat smoother experience. The problem now is that I drop frames a lot more often and I still have the audio pops. I am not sure why my audio does that. I have an rtx 4060ti 16GB and an i5 9400f 2.60GHz cpu. I don’t believe I should be having frame drops like this to be honest and I’m not sure how to fix it. I don’t have any performance mods so that might be the issue. Please let me know if you know anything.

First thing I want to recommend is using Diego's fork of ShadPS4, and using its "Full-Souls" release channel (in the app settings). It's the version with the most speed-up tweaks/hacks.
The other thing is using a lower resolution like 900p or 720p and then enabling FSR to have an upscaled image. It looks pretty good! FSR can be enabled by going to settings, and enabling "Collect shaders". Then use Ctrl+F10 to see if FSR is enabled.
