Help Crash trying to run Bloodborne, event viewer indicates the problem is with the file "amdvlk64.dll"

Anyone has a solution for this? As said in the title, apparently the crash is because of "amdvlk64.dll". I have all the drivers up to date, but apparently there is a problem with Vulkan?

having the exact same problem, i played 11 hours now is crashing very time i try to start the game

See if it helps deleting the folder appdata/roaming/shadps4. But first make a backup of it. And see if the game launches again.
