Attention u/dadoopster and u/MountainMantologist do not question your choices based on this video. The careful observation of a skilled craftsman employing their skill is never wasted time. At the very least you learned how to chop large amounts of cilantro should the need ever arise. If you want to chide yourself for wasting time at least be watching cat videos when you do.

Your original comment questioned what you’re doing with your life based on having watched this video. My assertion is that watching cat videos may be a waste of time but watching how people of skill perform a task is never a waste of time.

The best part about this is that, unlike most videos of its kind, they don't assume we don't have the attention span to sit through this entire video and they let it run for the full 2 minutes instead of cutting after a 10-20 second clip.

Now that earns both my respect and my upvote. Good on ya. All the way.
