Wanted to make a death's list equivalent from binding of isaac

i think it's good early game due to having mostly starter cards and not much else to play anyway, but with some energy generation later on it can still have an effect. i should add that it can't highlight unplayable cards. random buffs can be a point of strength, dex, focus for defect, or certain character specific buffs from skills and powers. (inflame would be ok, demon form would be op i think)

this is really cool actually. a lot of the time it will hit cards you wanted to play anyways, but occasionally it would be worth it to, say, over block for the chance at a strength buff

Depending on how the buffs work and which ones are included it could also maybe be an uncommon, I like this one alot!

I think relics/cards that give you little side quest goals can be a lot of fun to play around with, and the random buffs keep you thinking on your feet like dead branch.

by ''certain'' character specific buffs i mean i'd have to go through and pick out ones that arent insta wins or insta losses. blasphmer would probably be one to not include lol.
