After 76 hours, I did it. My first heart kill.

It was quite disgusting since I got dead branch from neow, golden idol and shovel early on first floor, after which it just turned into shiv fest.

I can already hear the ''not even A20'' comments /j.

TIL Upgrade All Cards nets you a relic. Wanted to skip the boss fight. RIP 🤡

I have been playing this game for years mostly just on my phone doing the daily challenges on the way to work. But after the announcement for sts 2 I thought I'd really try and get A20 on at least silent and defect. Well today after so many runs being one hp/DMG off. I finally got to A20 on silent. I'm still A19 on defect but know that it possible for me makes this a while lot easier. Also f**k this game is hard!

I was hitting all ?'s in my path trying to get a ritual dagger as part of my common sense strat, got a 1 hp boss in the process!

I’m just so incredibly flabbergasted by how well this game is designed. Not making this post to brag, but just as an example - when I started playing the game I had plenty of trouble with beating the game with the Watcher. Just minutes ago I cleared A10 with the Watcher, with swapping at the start for the Runic Dome and a Dripper at the end of A1… Was very close to abandoning the run instantly at the start, but then it turned out that the game actually taught me how to play this.

Kudos to the creators of this game!

Hi so I've been playing StS for about a week and a half now. Ironclad main. I finally unlocked all 4 characters. When I climbed to the top, I defeated these two shape bosses(?) They were a giant square and a giant circle I think. This was a full odds run, no modified seed. Playing Android version. Anyway, when I was playing I killed the bosses and attempted to kill a heart? I did like 750 damage but then my guy died and I unlocked ascension mode. Pics below
