Genius Dove Nest a feat of architecture
Papa made a brilliant nest on a broom in storage. I love their determination to make a home anywhere they can.

I volunteer with a wildlife rescue team and we’ll get called out to ducklings or seagulls, only to arrive and see little yellow squabs.

I made this mistake years ago. On a field trip to our local aquarium I found a single squab near the beluga pool (basically an artificial lake) and thought it was a crow. Not far away in the sea lion enclosure there was a random rocky ledge above the whole thing with some grass and no way up or down without flight, a seagull nested there. The thing is that ledge was built that way meaning that might have been to lure in birds for free nautical atmosphere.

Dimensions of platform? Questionable. Location? Decent (about 8 feet up). Craftsmanship? Top tier.
