Your planter is housing one of the modern great architects. Good birb!

That’s the best dove nest I’ve ever seen. And I had pet ringnecks for years. They thought two sprigs of hay was a nest.

A dove nest that actually looks like a nest, those are rare.

Ms. Doverly finds herself indignant, ruffled, and truly unamused at the doubt sown and seeded toward her single egg of perfection, nestled in a nesting area inspired by the Crab Nebula photos taken by the James Webb telescope. She is exhausted, taxed beyond expectation, and feeling, you know, like a soiled dove. Coo coo to you.

You have found the Frank Lloyd Wright of doves. This is a palatial mansion. Impressive.

Holy mackerel who did Mrs. Doverly hire to build this veritable mansion?

That dove hired a bunch of wrens to build it for him. I saw the grubs change beaks.

Pigeons only have one or two eggs per clutch. They feed their chicks with crop milk which means they can’t manage more than thst

Nice! That’s some solid nesting skills, looks like a great location too. I hope you’re able to enjoy watching their family grow and flourish 🕊️
