This terrible nest
That past few days I've been seeing a bunch of sticks being piled up on my front door step. We heard and seen two pigeons on the doorway. We removed the sticks multiple times because it was in the walk way, this morning I saw the pigeons with sticks in their beaks bringing sticks up to the porch and found this today. Stubborn birds, they persisted 😂

Judging from all of the other posts on this site… You clearly need to go find a potted dead plant, put all of the sticks and egg in that and hopefully mom will come back and care for the egg!
Consider yourself part of the unofficial CPS nest intervention team! 🤣 maybe with a little bit of help from you… This crazy mom will be able to figure it out next year?

A whole lotta effort went in to evenly distributing those sticks
