The drums sound like something you could find in an "Addictive Drums" library so I would probably start there and see what I could find. It's probably always a better idea to record drums (I'm not a drummer so I don't know exactly) but you could at least get the groove and rhythm down with a VST.
The bass guitar I too think is not difficult to recreate. It's not distorted and there's nothing out of the ordinary about it. There are probably tons of tutorials how you could set it up to sound like it does here.
The guitar has lots of reverb and sounds like a typical "surf guitar" playing some notes in the background. I'm pretty sure there are plenty of tutorials on how to get that exact sound as well.
The synth playing the melody at the beginning sounds like an "80's piano" and there's also an organ-like sound playing the chords in the background and sometimes the melody (It reminds me of some music from the 60s and 70s). There are probably synth presets you could find that match this type of sound. There's a free DX7 plugin called "Dexed" so you could probably start there for the "80's piano sound" for example.
The synth that plays the arp at 1:58 sounds like a simple filtered sine wave with lots of reverb. I don't think it would be difficult to create on your own.
There are also strings or synths that sound like strings playing on the chorus. They sound really filtered so I think if you simply get a synth preset that sounds like string pads (and there are those) you could probably use it to a similar effect.
The backing vocals in the intro and chorus sound like they're being harmonized by simply doubling (or tripling?) the vocals. You could play it back on a piano to see how it's being harmonized. You also have pretty similar harmonized vocals at 0:56. The backing vocals sound like they've been treated with some EQ to achieve a "old radio" type of sound - though they don't overdo it.
The main vocals are pretty straightforward although there are moments like in 1:38 where I assume they used a vocoder to achieve the slightly "robotic" effect but I'm not entirely sure. There's also lots of reverb on them so it's important to get that down as well.
Hope this helps!
