Hunh? How does where they are located make a difference? Is he firing all the ones in CA and re-hiring in TX, with some kind of litmus tests, otherwise you get the same crap. I was under the impression that most of it was AI based anyway and location makes zero difference.

Because Texas is unsafe for trans people. This is constructive dismissal of anyone that might be sympathetic for the LGBT community.

That’s not even an issue in this case. No details on if someone gets laid off or not, and even then I’m sure Meta will take great pains to make sure all the layoffs are vey equitable.

They are moving operations to a place where LGBT people can't safely relocate. It's constructive dismissal

LOL, you have been fed one big pile of nonsense about TX and LBGT people. Dallas and Austin have huge active communities of those people. And it’s still against Federal Law to discriminate based on sexual orientation, Meta knows this.
