In some parts of the world, Facebook is literally a municipality's communication infrastructure. Without it, people wouldn't be able to call or text one another. Which is insane to imagine.

I propose a radical new idea. We instead use that time to interact with the people we actually see on a daily basis, and meet these people in the real world, leaving behind all the fake friends, people you compare yourself to but have not had a meaningful conversation with ever.

Sadly this is not simple in alot of places with the lack of transportation.
