I would say this is about 1 km distance in 14 s. That's 250 km/h, plus/minus 50 km/h.

Sanity check: have you ever seen those WRC onboard rally videos where they zoom on narrow roads in Finnish or Estonian forests? They go >150 km/h on straights. This looks even faster.

The guy crosses a bridge looking thing in about .3 seconds, which appears to be about 2 meters. That's 6 2/3 m/s, or about 22.80 km/h. Usain Bolt's record is an average speed of 44.72 and an average sprint is 14.58 for an average untrained male at their peak

Examening the video closely, the speed seems to go up and down periodically, with the bridge being a slower part. I'd estimate about half the time it's at bridge speed and half is a little under twice that, which puts it at around 30 km/h average

Judging by the width of the separation between trees and the hands alternating (presumably the feet as well,) that would be terrifying.
