Network Connectivity Issues - Xbox

Game has been working like normal up until today. Searched all sorts of wikis, forums, and posts and no luck. I am unable to connect to multiplayer at all. The Host Game field pops up and the region field is empty. I can see multiplayer lobbies (list populates), but pressing on a lobby yields no response. If a friend invites me to his hosted lobby and I attempt to join through Xbox, it gives me an error message saying "Can't connect to Gamesparks". Only post that is related to my issue is from a pirated games forum, but this game isn't pirated. So any fixes or ideas? I've legit tried everything up to this point.

NOTE: Multiplayer on Xbox isn't the issue, I tested other games and they worked fine. WiFi is working correctly. I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

Can you help us by answering these questions?

- Do you have a special networking situation? (For example, are you on a college campus network, public network, etc.?)

  • Your region? (Country or Continent)
  • What is your game version? (Open game, it's in the top left corner. Or follow this guide: open main menu, go to "Stats", and version number is in bottom right)
  • Is this a new problem? Were you able to play in the past? When did it start happening for you?
  • What Xbox are you playing on?

Great, thank you! 1 - Nope! 2 - American region 3 - V1.11.01.49f8429 4 - Yep! Entirely new problem as of yesterday when I logged on to play with my mates (haven't played since Tuesday this week however). 5 - Xbox Series X

Hey there, we just released a fix for the console online connection issues.

Try playing online with your usual internet / wifi and let me know if it works please.
