Mid-Cultivation / Still Growing Gnocchi Tek Update

New ep. of Gnocchi Chronicles out. Substrate is colonizing beautifully since S2B. I had some initial hypothetical concerns, but things are coasting along nicely just as they should with any other clean spawn. So close to surface colonization already. I predict we’ll flip to FC within the next 3 days (although it already does have nice FAE so it could be considered passively in FC already which is fine considering how colonized the cake already is). Stay tuned for the next episode of the Gnocchi Chronicles.

Stealing your container idea🙈. I have a gal Crystal Geyser bottle just begging for me to spawn in it 🤣

Do it bro, it’s actually a great little tub! The cleaner the cuts on the “lid” you cut out of it the better so it doesn’t have jagged edges. I made it to where I left a little edge of plastic attached in the back so I can “open” it up by folding the lid back. Either way, even if the cuts are sloppy, micropore does wonders to help limit excess airflow early on

Noted! I figured you went with the flap lid idea, just seems like the best option imo. And oh yea, plenty of micropore tape on standby.

I also recycle my gallon jug bottles, but never thought to do it sideways... might try that now

Ayye that’s dope too! But heck yeah try it sideways too I think you’ll like how it resembles a similar shape to a classic tub. But either way beautiful fruits will pop up!!
