Mid-Cultivation / Still Growing Makilla Gorilla, when to harvest?

They are not soft like marshmellows yet. When can i harvest? Do they drop spores??

Hard to tell from your pic, but they look pretty open. Might have dropped spore by now if you haven't picked them.
