Unable to Reschedule

Long story short. I canceled my visa interview in February due to illness and i wasn't able to travel. I paid the required fees to book a new and i got September 2026 to pass my interview.

I found a free spot on May 2025 but i was unable to proceed with the booking, maybe my account is blocked and i cannot book new appointment.

Any advice on how to be able to rebook again ?

Type of VISA : B1/B2

You can reschedule only one time. The rule has changed.
If you need to reschedule for more than one time, you will have to pay fees again.

I think this is the only way to reschedule again. You need to cancel then pay.

If you cancel, you'll have to pay again because of changed rule.

You have used up the one free rescheduling option. You have to pay the fees again to reschedule.
