ADD is often coupled with anxiety/depression, but not always. The "inevitability" of not dealing with future consequences is more of the latter.

The co-morbidity of anxiety/depression is about 11% each or 9% for both. Not exactly "often" but it can be associated

Maybe I should set this video's audio as an alarm. Every morning I will awaken to existential dread and shame that will follow me throughout the day and either force me to change or do an hero.

Either way the suffering is ended.

Seems ironic to not get upset or stressed out about things unless you're thinking about how you never get upset or stressed out about things.

I'm so pissed off about how I never get angry! I love it when I have no love.
