Beats per minute? You mean words per minute? Or what do you mean?

I did mean BPM, WPM is probably double that around 120. I'm not sure this is a science but I am just tapping to an imaginary beat aligning to when he starts certain words.

I dunno. I don't think so. I might be quantizing it a bit. He obviously changes tempo often but generally it's about 60. You can Google this. I didn't just make it up.

Are you saying he's pacing his speech and beginning sentences generally on the down beats in 4/4 time at 60bpm?

Not necessarily the beginning of sentences more that the cadence he uses causes the words and pauses line up on the beats.
