Lennar and other home builders really have to give hella incentives to sell housing even when we have an insane housing shortage.

Honestly I don't like this long term. With Tariffs impacting material costs I think the homebuilders slow down and housing and rent rise even more squeezing the U.S consumer.

Not many super star athletes carrying the brand , they release the same old shoes over and over, lost alot of the sponsorship deals they had over the years in various leagues with various teams.
