What idiot planned their IPO for after Liberation Day 2025.

It is the correct choice. If they IPO any time leading up to it, their stock gets crushed. Now they can wait for more favorable timing.

is that when the winning starts?

They might only need to wait for midterms.

Is the middle of world war 3 a good time to ipo?

I suppose thats a morebrealistic approach

I'm sure an unsecured consumer debt platform is in great shape to ride out a global recession.

would be pretty stupid to do it BEFORE don't you think?

I guess i was thinking of newsmax that went public a couple days ago and went from 10 bucks to 280 dollars in a day and a half before going down, had they went public at any point in the last few months they could have benefitted from the positive outlook, but now it could be 6 months or as long as a few years before people want to dump all their money into an IPO

yeah that was the average IPO experience

It was since 2020 look at airbnb and rivian there were several IPOs that got ridiculous attention the last few years

This is when he hosted the College Football National Champions. Said they are used to eating McDonald’s so that’s what he was giving them. Normally the dinner is an event catered with high level meals. This was what they got. It’s now what we get too.

It was a meal he gave a championship team. 😂

bro we're all going to need to finance our burritos soon

1

u/branyk2 2h ago

Yeah, but you're not going to be able to pay, so people are just going to delete Klarna and ignore the collections calls.

u/Henny_Hardaway5 13h ago

But how can I afford my $50 biggie bag now?

u/Fast_Hand_8048 13h ago

Ticker: A Person Less Dumb” pass it along

30

u/East-Description-243 12h ago

Damn I was planning on refinancing all these burritos.

29

u/Jenetyk 12h ago

Why? I have a feeling buy now, pay laters are about to go gangbusters.

12

u/pardyball 11h ago

Is Klarna gonna be doing a pay in 4 for their IPO

23

u/Madmanmangomenace 13h ago

Of all the great tragedies, how are we supposed to endure this now?

27

u/GongTzu 12h ago

A company that will benefit that people will have to pay for their food in installments, pulling out, that just shows how crazy times we are experiencing 😅

2

u/SaltyLonghorn 8h ago

I thought I was smart going all in on payday loans for a few years but they're coming for me next.

10

u/choopie-chup-chup 12h ago

Great. Now how am I supposed to pay for my foot long nachos

7

u/Acceptable-Take20 12h ago

Oh no! Anyways…

6

u/LearnNewThingsDaily 11h ago

Damn these fuckers are smart 🤓!!!! Wait until there's a recession to get more burrito 🌯 cdo 🤣😂😆

5

u/Sup3rT4891 11h ago

No more guac for me

6

u/Bradley182 13h ago

Damn I wanted to lose money while ordering my free things from WMT.

3

u/pm_me_yo_creditscore 12h ago

Klarna getta herl yeah

3

u/Aranthos-Faroth 11h ago

Man, these guys have put off doing their IPO for a while now.

Either they're just unlucky, or are more than happy to push this further down the road for some reason.

3

u/dudenell 11h ago

Heard that they're putting Eggs on installments.

3

u/Leather_Floor8725 10h ago

Probably a good idea. We’re all about to default on our burrito loans

2

u/Heavy_Cupcake_6246 12h ago

So will they plan on IPO’ing on other exchanges in the meantime.

2

u/ForsakenRacism 10h ago

Klarna gonna crush it with this. Pay for the tariff today and the product over time!

2

u/DidThatJustGoOut 8h ago

Pretty infuriating. I have inside shares from past employment I was looking to cash in on. They were literally getting ready to IPO next week by all accounts.

Damn that orange blob of a man.

klarna releases numbers in anticipation of ipo

Market crash

Un-O's their IP

Bravo - idk what they were thinking, announcing plans before the tariffs went in. Now all of the other bnpl companies get to see the warts and sores in their filings for free.
