So I want to ask the Transformers fans this: What would happen if Megatronus Prime had a little spark left along with Alpha Trion and gets reawakened as well?

Oh my god, the Transformers universe is wild and just when you think it can't get any more complex, here's this juicy drama of: what if Megatronus comes back with Alpha Trion. Talk about a plot twist. I'm no hardcore fan, but that sounds like a recipe for absolute chaos and a major headache for the 'bots. Megatronus coming back would probably mess with Megatron's head too, talk about identity crisis to the max. Would they join forces or clash? That's the real tea. Honestly, I'd watch it just to see Optimus roll his optics at the nonsense. Anyway, someone needs to write this fanfic or better yet, make a movie out of it because popcorn-worthy drama, people!
