Spiders are your friends (at least in North America). What you have is an oncoming defense against mosquitos and flies and mayflies. The cavalry is here folks.

You say that until a stray brown recluse bite has you hospitalized. The exception not the rule, but my house got spider treated to hell and back after that.
Mr. Orb weaver near my door is cool, small spindly boys inside the walls get the chancla

Well yeah I mean I love having cats but if I came home to a mountain lion in the house I'd still call animal control.

The difference is just that, at a glance, people can tell a mountain lion is a mountain lion. A small bobcat and a house cat might get confused, and that’s when your hand and more winds up bleeding.
Can’t really tell a brown recluse from other lil common house spiders if you’re not familiar with them, especially when they really don’t like to be in positions to be seen

They don't actually catch the wind (though I'm sure it influences them)
They lift due to the earth's magnetic field

Love this season, was so easy to get my kids not scared of them.
Everyone we found we made sure to get to a bush.
Also we rescued Bees lol. Good Times

It's not the wind. It's static charge. Spiderlings are so light, and silk has a charge to it. They are pulled upwards by electromagnetism.
And also the wind. It's not like the wind plays no part. Just other factors at play.

Baby spiders are cool. Also the strands interact with the earth's electric field which helps the spiders stay afloat.

When you realize the spiders have taken over your house, but hey, at least they're keeping the other bugs in check.

Yup, I had the first spider of the year in the outside doorway today and even found a baby one in the car on my visor.

Found a big one crawling on my windshield, nearly crashed on the freeway. I killed it 😐 I know they're good but I don't want them around me.

It’s a really incredibly adaptation honestly. Also, how come spider-man never does this?

This actually helped me get over my fear of spiders when I was younger. I'd come across little babies that seemed fairly helpless (like having their strand caught in a fan and they'd be stuck blowing in front of it), so I'd help them out. That innocence let me view them in a new light, and I went from someone that (as a kid) couldn't even sleep in the same room as a visible spider to seeing one and saying "hey, so long as you're not on the wall above my bed, we're okay".

Man, imagine if a dozen adorable little jumping spiders showed up to be friends. Dream come true.

And this is why I stay inside.
This is not sufficient to save me from all the spiders. But it is sufficient to save me from most of the spiders.

Ima be honest there’s been too many times I’ve had bugs crawl on me and just no 😂 if they stay out of sight they stay out of mind and they get to live. I cannot promise what will happen if I see a bug it depends on the size of it, is it poisonous/ will I need to take a trip to the ER if I come in contact with it, and how badly it scared me 😂 one time out of instant reflexes I killed a spider on the wall. I actually just punched the wall and the spider happen to not move but yk.
