Question about the revision log thing.
I'm new to Wikipedia editing (started today) and I get the idea of everything and I'm enjoying it but I don't know what this means.
What do the green and red numbers mean?

Green is positive and red is negative, just so you don't have to check if there is a little - there or not

Green is how many words and letters were made in that edit. Red is the amount removed or reverted.

Characters rather than letters or numbers. Making a link out of some word by adding [[]] will get +4.

Those numbers represent how many characters of wikitext the revision has, compared to the previous revision.
For example, if you add a comma to an article, your revision will appear on that list with the number "+1" in green because you added 1 character.
