Every B-2 and B-21 was carrying two of the next-gen GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator. These GPS-guided, 14,000 kg bunker busters were 20 ft long and held more than 2,000kg of conventional explosives. They were designed to penetrate 60m of rock and reinforced concrete to reach whatever needed to be eradicated below. Penni had never even fired a gun two years ago, and now she was loading the most explosive and deadly non-nuclear bomb onto the most advanced aircraft on the planet. If they were really going to Iran, these payloads were going to do something big. They could level Manhattan with these things.
