If you enjoy alexandre dairy products and eggs please understand the abuse going on at the farm
Hello all, I would like to bring something to everyones attention. Many of you may know about the legal troubles facing alexandre dairy. Some of you do not and you are my target audience. In the past I have supported our dairy because its good to shop local and they have a quality product. I will no longer be doing so and urge you all to consider wether or not it is worth it to you to continue doing so. It is now known that the dairy has been indulging in such practices as allowing their cows to live and sleep in mud, feces, and urine so deep that it is past their ankles, cutting horns of the animals with no sort of anesthetic or regard for the animal (this is very painful for them) dragging cows across concrete when they dont want to move, taking injured and sick animals to market rather than treating them, and perhaps most shockingly slicing the udders off cows with pocket knives. What purpose this serves i could not tell you but it is a sick thing to do. I have personally, with my own two eyes seen videos recorded at the dairy showcasing what anybody would consider to be the torture of wild animals that have made the unfortunate mistake of wandering onto the farm. I think none of this is acceptable. Apparently the inspector who made many of these abuses known said that the conditions at the farm were the worst he had ever seen. Have a good day everybody and stay conscious. https://www.farmforward.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Alexandre-Certified-Humane-class-action.pdf

I love this city so much.
For context I am a BW and lived in Oakland. Even though SF is not as diverse, I love the vibe and energy. I don’t feel like a standout too much too even though I am usually mostly the only BW in a lot places I go to.

FINALLY GOT MY CALIFORNIA HENGE SHOT!!!
Only took 14 years. But..I was finally up at the right time and in the right spot. I went and joined probably 100-150 others on this corner of the road and took these shots from my Android!
Was fun to wait with everyone for the oncoming shot.

Entitled Neighbor
What can I do about my neighbor who puts a construction cone in an empty parking spot outside their house? They’ve left notes on my car and on other peoples cars, took pictures of peoples plates, confronted me and others about parking in that spot, AND called SFMTA to try to have them ticketed. She also complained that people are parking in their own driveways and also people who are parked outside her house… which is a public parking spot. Everyone on the block knows she’s a nuisance. Can I make a complaint on her? This is starting to become harassment
