Conversation Starter Pro vs con about your job

I’ve been an RBT for about two years and have only worked in one clinic. I want to know about what makes your job worth your while. This goes for in home, in school, community, etc. as well

I’ve been an RBT for 5 years, getting ready to sit for the BCBA exam. What makes it worth it? The impact you have on people’s lives. That’s why I got into the field. It’s extremely rewarding & amazing to see the progress that clients make

I LOVE knowing that my work is meaningful right here right now. I don’t work on big distant projects, national computer systems, or change big numbers, I work to make every moment of someone’s day better and more impactful than if they were elsewhere.
