Discussion Biggest “Oh Shit” scene in the MCU?

Post image

I would go with this one I specifically remember seeing this one on the trailers and at the time I didn’t know who Bucky was but I knew that someone catching Caps shield meant shit was about to get serious.

Also Bucky was waaay cooler as a bad guy.

Discussion I just realized, why didn’t any of The Gods show up to help defeat Thanos in Infinity War?

Not even just Zeus in this picture, but there were plenty of other confirmed gods to exist in the MCU. Where were all of them when Thanos was trying to destroy existence?

Discussion You guys realize how concerning it is that a 16 year old kid was able to do something like this?

11.0k Upvotes

So you’re telling me, that a highschooler, in his sophomore year at 16 years old, was able to block an attack from Cull Obsidian? A servent/follower of Thanos? Who at times as also rivaled the Hulk? Sure cull lose to hulk, but he still was able to give him good fights at times.

And a kid was able to catch and attack from that? This should just go to show people how underrated, and strong Spiderman even is. And keep in mind, he’s only 16 while doing this, not so long ago he even caught Bucky’s Metal arm. Bucky, who has years of fighting experience and in wars.

So if Spiderman was able to do these things when he was only a kid, just imagine what he could do if he’s like a full on adult, he’s only gotten stronger since Infinity War. Just crazy honestly.

Discussion So why was Tony only mad at Steve at the beginning of Endgame?

Post image

He’s mad at Steve saying that he wasn’t there when they lost, well last time I checked, Thor, Bruce, Black Widow, Rhodey, and a couple others also weren’t there when they lost as well. So why didn’t Tony lash out at them either? Why did he only get mad at Steve?

r/Avengers Feb 08 '25

Discussion Tony was so bloodlusted at the end of civil war. He tried to fire a rocket point blank into Bucky's face. Kinda scary.

Discussion Can hela beat Thanos without infinity stone?

Post image

In my opinion she can probably beat Thanos even when Thanos was using all the infinity stone.probably because Thanos get the beat hell out of Thor hammer and Hela can crush the hammer easily.(Srry bad grammar)

Discussion To this day I’m still wondering, how was this fight even close?

Post image

Thor literally should’ve crushed him to pieces in an instant, we’re talking about the literal god of thunder vs a metal man in a suit. Sure Iron Man is so slouch, but compared to a freaking god, especially a god like Thor, he should been decimated at the beginning of the fight. What do you guys think? I mean how was this even a fight?

Discussion I think some people tend to forget that Thor was legit the only one who was able to take down a full powered Thanos with all 6 infinity stones, this scene was so badass btw

Of course Thanos still managed to snap his fingers, but Thor still technically had him “defeated” just shows how powerful MCU Thor really was, and further implies that Infinity War was likely his prime

I think he can,if he really tried, because maybe there is a reason why he doesn't kill Thanos?

Discussion The only characters a not holding back Spiderman would lose to in the MCU

Now of course, a Spiderman going all out, not holding back, is actually kinda scary, from what we’ve seen, pretty much that goes for any version, a Spiderman who’s completely not holding back is straight up deadly.

However, saying he could beat characters like Thor or Hulk is beyond me. Like yeah, Spiderman is hella strong, even stronger when going all out, but still, no way in hell, could he ever defeat someone like Thor and etc, even if he’s not holding back. This is just a short list of some MCU characters that would defeat even a Spiderman not holding back, there’s a couple more like mainly just some villains, but this is pretty much it kind of. Thoughts?

Discussion Sam having no powers

Post image
1.7k Upvotes

This is mainly towards people who are of the mindset that brave new world is dumb because Sam should not be able to fight red hulk. Now I’m open to be proven wrong and convinced that this mindset is correct but I wonder why is it such a hard thing to believe. Because Sam’s wings(and possibly suit) are made of vibranium one of the most strongest metals on the planet and he can fly giving him the mobility advantage over red hulk. But also iron man was able to go up against Thor and thanos when “realistically” his body even inside his iron man suit should not be able to survive most the stuff he takes throughout the movies especially the meteor in infinity war.

Discussion I’m kinda curious, how would Spider-Man do against Knull in a fight?

Post image

Obviously Knull is a god and Spider-Man is a teenager, but a Spider-Man who doesn’t hold back is pretty powerful.

Discussion So is the MJ in the MCU the “real” MJ?

Post image
2.5k Upvotes

So I saw some theories pointing to the fact that we may actually see the real MJ, Mary Jane in Spiderman 4. Notice how that MJ in the past movies name is actually Michelle Jones, not Mary Jane, there’s a clear difference there. Is it possible that the actual Mary Jane exists in the MCU?

Although Marvel revealed her a week before the movie came out, I still think it was pretty cool to see her again. In my opinion, she was the best cameo appearance in the movie. I hope we get to see her soon and also Dafne is a great actress!

Discussion What is MCU Spider-Man’s true strength?

Post image
2.3k Upvotes

Lowkey, I feel like some people, not all but some, few honestly, massively underrate how strong Spiderman is. I mean for example if we’re talking comics, he slams most Avengers in a fight. I mean in Civil War he simultaneously defeated both Bucky and Falcon, and he was only 15 at the time and not even that experienced arguably. So the fact that a 15 year old spiderman could do that already says something.

But how strong is Spiderman truly? Specifically MCU? Like if he took things more seriously, and say had the mentality of like Batman, how unstoppable could he be?
