Question Anyone else think that Iron Man should have easily won this fight?

Iron man had all the tools to kill Bucky but he didn’t use them in the correct situations. He wanted to destroy Bucky, literally, and he had no problem with killing him in a gruesome way such as exploding his face with a rocket. So when he had Bucky on the ground or in the 1v1 (before they fell down) why not use the lasers or the core reactor (idk what it’s called but the circle) to kill him, they’ll swiftly explode his body. Then when they are at the bottom of the pit, while Cap was recovering from his beatdown, why not just turn around and execute Bucky on the ground?

I know it has to do with plot armor but I just find it very unrealistic that a dude with killing machine suit and supposedly the smartest man in the world couldn’t figure this out. Also, i don’t think it’s because he wasn’t thinking straight since he found out the truth about his parent’s deaths since he was clearly able to come up with ideas under pressure like analyzing Cap’s fighting style while getting mowed down.

Question If shrinking increases Scott's density to the point that he can survive massive falls, wouldn't growing decrease his density and make him much more unstable/weaker?

I'm guessing whatever the suit is made of is bulletproof to begin with, but I'm not sure how it could survive the kind of stuff Scott went through in the airport battle.

Question In your opinion out of the 6 OG Avengers which avenger would Matt have the Best dynamic with?

I would say Matt and Natasha I feel like both of them would get along well and plus I have this feeling the two would have strong romantic chemistry with each other.

I can also see Tony and Matt poking fun at each other and Steve can see the honor inside Matt and respect the heart he has in wanting to protect others.

Question When did MCU Steve Rogers become an expert in hand to hand combat?

This has been “bugging” me for years. I even rewatched the entire Captain America trilogy recently (and all the Avengers movies) and I just can’t figure out when he got to be so good at martial arts.

He was just a skinny kid from Brooklyn who couldn’t fight before the serum, then he saved those soldiers using mostly brute force and courage. But after his defrosting, we see him in the boxing gym hitting the bag for a while, and that takes us directly into the first Avengers film when he tried to hit Loki with a spinny kick and was already an expert with the shield.

Then, in Winter Soldier, he’s basically peak human hand to hand combatant. My argument is that he couldn’t have been anything close to a good fighter in First Avengers, and not much better in Avengers either.
