Looking for missing episodes that I never watched

According to the tvdb.com I have never seen the following episodes:

S00E03 - The Story So Far

S00E06 - Revealed

S00E07 - The Phenomenon

S00E08 - The Lowdown

S00E09 - Catch the Frak Up

S00E20 - The Top 10 Things You Need To Know

S00E21 - The Last Frakkin Special

Where can I find these episodes?

Those are specials, not actual episodes of the show.

You had Ron Moore and some of the cast and writers talking about the show, answering questions, and whatnot.

The Lowdown is on the dvd of the mini series i think.

Doubt you'll be able to find most of them.

But I wish other shows did what BSG did and would do recap specials. BSG would do them with a 6 month break. Some shows today go 3 years and expect people to remember. It's ridiculous. I'm looking at you Severence.

Those are commentary episodes I think. Maybe on the blue ray . I only have the DVD so far

Many of these can be found in torrents.

I have some of them (from torrents):

Catch the Frak Up
Top 10 Things You Need to Know
The Last Frakkin Special

I think I have also seen The Phenomenon in my files before, but I don't see it right now.
