I think people misunderstood when she said this, if she felt every clone at the same time it would lead to constant nervous overload. I think what she really meant is that every single clone is an individual being with individual separate thoughts and feelings.

While I agree to this I’d argue she doesn’t feel it at the same intensity. I think it’s kind of a hive mind situation where they are all interconnected and aware of each other, but are still individual beings in a way. It’s honestly kind of difficult to explain I hope you understand what I mean

Yeah I tried the dating scene again last year. Let's have a quick rundown of a small selection of the dates I had shall we?

Person thought joking to me about how their friend was a moron and how they shouldn't have been let into med school was a fun idea
Person showed up drunk
Person thought I ghosted them and didn't bother showing up until I messaged them because I didn't text them an hour before the scheduled time despite texting them the night before confirming I'd be there
Person decided to ask me about my financial assets and got mad I wouldn't tell them exactly how expensive my house was or where I lived. First date btw.
Person got into a shouting match with me in the middle of public because I told them I didn't want to keep drinking since I had work the following day
Person randomly went into a rant about how they were glad I wasn't a "sissy"
And a whole lot more which can basically be summarised as trashy people or just straight up ghosting. I think I'm gonna just focus on myself for a few years and come back to all this later again.

I agree. Women are generally socialized into „taking as little space as possible” and staying quiet. There’s a reason why vocal women are often seen as annoying/obnoxious by social standards and it only recently started to shift a little
Well it’s kinda the same for men. We’re told to not complain (or show any real strong emotions) and just perform our roles. If you’re not useful to someone you’re worthless.
I think the difference here is that men are encouraged to let it out through physicality, such as violence, contact sports, trade labor, and things like that that don’t require words. Whereas women may get to show more emotion outwardly and vocally, but it’s done in a way that’s neutered to fit the standards of what the world sees as an “acceptable problem” for a women.
I think this results in men not knowing how to express things, so when the time comes for them to speak up the only way they know how to do it loudly and with maybe some arrogance. Whereas from the women’s side sure, they might talk MORE about emotions but they aren’t actually getting it all out.

This isn’t reflected in the evidence. Women go on more dates and get into more relationships than men. While they may struggle in other ways, women on average are less alone than men. There’s more to the male loneliness epidemic than “men bad”.
The average number of dates that straight monogamous women and men have is exactly equal. If there's a difference then it's women having more female friends than men have male friends.
While entirely true, studies like those also do include the fact that women attempt suicide more on average (some studies cite 4 times as likely*), they just use less messy (and therefore less succesful) means. Kinda sad that even in killing themselves, women are trying to take up less space.
*all of these are self-reported, so I'm decently sure men underreport, but you know.

Even if you’re not aware that loneliness epidemic is not a gendered problem - Female/male ratio is pretty much 50/50. If a significant amount of men is lonely - so is the significant amount of women. It’s just logical thinking, you don’t have to be a fucking scientist to realize that
The part you don't get is that loneliness isn't solely due to lack of sex or romantic intimacy. The male loneliness epidemic is real and a problem, but not because they can't get a girlfriend or have sex. Men in general are just aloof and aren't as close or intimate in a platonic manner as women are with each other. You can even look up the experiences of trans men who have "experienced" both sides and can attest to this general fact.
Dismissing this issue or pretending it doesn't exist doesn't help anyone, and only serves to downplay it, and cause resentment between people. It's definitely an issue caused by men and fixable by men, but don't pretend it's not a thing.
I think men are generally saying they want a relationship and women say they don’t, but they probably both do to some degree. I know way too many older gen Z girls who are just convinced they don’t need a bf for any reason

It's collapsing, and young men who turn reactionary further make themselves less desirable. Male loneliness is real, and it isn’t even close to a both sides issue. Both sides are experiencing a loneliness epidemic, but men generally have a worse time overall by a few magnitudes on average.
