She isn't the one that came up with this stupid title though. That was a karma farmer with almost 300,000 upvotes. She likely recorded the child believing the first steps would happen soon, or they could have already happened and this is just them getting one of their first steps on film.
Nothing about her reaction in the video suggests it has to be the babies first steps, nor did she come up with this dumbass title.
