The title is bullshit, but that was likely created by the karma farmer posting this content now, not the mother. The account posting this has 300k in upvotes in just 8 months. They are a repost machine.
The mother is likely filming because she suspects the child will walk soon, or the child already walked and they didn't capture it on film. So they settled on catching the next steps. Nothing about her reaction suggests that these must be the first steps the child has ever taken. Blame that shit on the karma farmer, not her.
