Discussion The liberals will overreact to every single thing the conservatives do and take articles misinformation at face value without reading them.
So I opened r/canada, and sorted by new to keep up on news that hasn't been posted here yet, and I saw an article about Pierre defending an MP who denies residential schools, and the article title was total clickbait but the libs on that sub didn't even read it and immediately started calling Pierre "pro genocide" and a "bigot" but if you actually the article (like me) you discover that he never defended the MP and what the MP said was nowhere near shat the title might it to be. One liberal user with a brain cell (hard to believe) actually posted in the comment section that it was clickbait but it got swallowed by all the comments saying if you vote conservative you're pro genocide and a bigot. In conclusion the libs are fucking stupid.

That Ontario Banner is actually embarrassing. Two people referenced and neither of whom are in government for Ontario.

problem is, young kids with no reference to the quality of life we used to enjoy 2005-2015~ will adopt their point of view from those online. I honestly think the voting age should require 10 years of real life experience. so 18 + 10.

Liberalism feels like a lost cause at this point.
I feel like over the years, it’s changed so much that it’s hard to even recognize what it used to stand for. Things have shifted so far that people who once would’ve been seen as extreme left, even hardcore Communists, might now be called "Nazis" by today’s liberals. It’s like the lines keep moving, and what used to be radical is now attacked for not going far enough.

Consider "natural ruling party" and you'll begin to understand the l*beral mindset.

And of course their old favourite maxim: “reality has a liberal bias.”

I had to quit r/canada. It was terrible. You post facts, you get downvoted. You make a comment about truths, you get downvoted.

The average Liberal and intelligence don't commonly go hand in hand. Every time I ask questions of why someone likes Carney despite his conflicts and how many times he's been caught lying, they instantly switch to insults and rumor. It only gets worse when I debunk the falsehood they just spun for me. With that level of willful brainwashing, there isn't much that can be done.

I’m not clear what you mean. If it’s the article I think you’re referring to it’s about Aaron Gunn who has indeed denied that residential schools are genocide. He even said First Nations asked for the schools.
So I don’t see why Pierre doesn’t just dump him and move on.

I’m just as concerned with his past praises for Putin and defending Putin’s actions even going so far as to say Putin is the sole reason for a stable Russia and is not a dictator but runs a strong and centralized government. He does not represent conservatives values and is an anchor for the CPC.

I'm meeting more and more people in general who don't read news articles, just headlines. You can't compress information enough to fit in a headline.

OMG! I have a friend that is very opinionated and she regularly admits she only reads the headlines! Drives me crazy.

I feel like that's a pretty true statement all around, all sides. Thanks Twitter. Thanks Facebook.

If Reddit upvotes won elections, America would have a President AOC right now. Lmao. Keep the spirit.
