Weird Noise What am i leaking here?

sorry for horrible video skills. this just started an hour or so ago, whenever i turn hard or make sharp movements this liquid comes out from under the glove box. Clear, watery, tastes soapy, but left my tongue feeling a tingly after a quick finger lick

Looks like a speaker. Is there a leak in your windshield?

What? That's not a speaker, bud. That's his blower motor.

Under the glovebox under the dash? It looks like water, so if blower motor, it may be frozen and leaking? It looks like water.
