I have a situation

I want to go to bed but the void, Loki, and the tabby, Luna,are happily snoozing on me.

Send help please!

Do what I do and give up and sleep on the sofa

I would have done but I'd have had to disturb them to lay down comfortably as I was sat up

The laws are clear. You have to stay still until such time as they move. The ONLY exceptions are - they can be enticed away for something better (like dinner) or in emergencies (e.g. Fire, etc).

Other than that - Do Not The Cat!
