Ouch!

I did a full ACL tear and bucket handle meniscus tear a couple years ago. The surgery and recovery is brutal. Hopefully you recover well or are recovered now.

Getting old sucks.

Yeah, it happened the third time so I decided to get surgery at the end of november. I'm still recovering but a lot better. I went to a rehab facility for 4 weeks, that helped a lot.

And it sadly has nothing to do with getting old. I had the same issues with my other leg when I was a kid.

That sucks. Mine was pushing my knees too hard and being too old. Paid the price.

It is not fun having life long issues like that.

I dont have knee caps that bad but mine do move to the outside when bending because the inside tendon is way longer/looser than the outside and has been that way forever. Not enough to do surgery but it is there. Been that way since forever.
