SO, FRIENDS, WE HOPE YOU ARE WELL!!

Let's report on the progress of our local investigative journalism and anti-corruption activism campaign!

We have acticated these 3 power tools 🔧 in our Pandora's Box of Tricks:

1) An active (as of now, to the best of our knowledge) formal complaint with the Department of Social Services. TWO copies of this were submitted by u/TRUTHLIGHTETHICS's Care Manager (a social worker allie and blessing to our community). Yes, we submitted TWO copies of the complaint in two different ways so these clowns will have no excuse for conveniently "losing" it. (They will anyway, they juswontb't have an excuse when they do!) The individual who revieved the complaint we'll respect the privacy of by calling Mrs. M. This is the boss of the boss of the case manager who was the subject of the initial complaint. We'll be checking in with her tomorrow to confirm she recieved the complaint and to get a deadline for a response.

2) We had a Fair Hearing with a state administrator that oversees local Departments of Social Services, a 3-way call which included the rather merciless and antagonistic boss (Mrs. T.) of u/TRUTHLIGHTETHICS 's crooked case manager (the infamous Mr. J.H). Currently we are awaiting a letter of judgement based on that conference call, and will call the state Fair Hearing Administration tomorrow to check on the status of that and get a deadline for a reply. We can only hope that neither the loss of Boss's temper on the phone or the State's refusal to recieve our supporting evidence documents by snail- OR email will not betray justice!

3) The above 2 are both "internal", one directly with Hell Factory 🏭 itself (*the hive of villany which is the specific branch of DSS we are protesting), the 2nd with the State administrators from the capitol that do Fair Hearings for various DSS's.

However we also have a complaint submitted to the Human Rights Commission of the county in which the corruption occured- or rather, we HAD one. DWC Inc. recieved the judgement on that today, which was a loss 📉 but not due to a decision against us- rather, due to (supposedly!) a matter of jurisdiction, as our operation's headquarters is no longer based in the county of the DSS we are protesting. That Commission of Human Rights only serves clients who live in that county. Otherwise, as we were told, they must refer us to a Human Rights Commision from the State capitol instead. So that's what we'll do next. So it goes ..

See the photo posted above? The starred 🌟 and underlined section is the line which applies to our fight. There are different forms of discrimination. We are not claiming discrimination due to racism or disability (*the Boss happens to have a race and a disability but those are irrelevant to his struggle for justice ⚖️). The specific form of discrimination in this case would fall clearly under "Reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity". The origional problem being with just one bad apple 🍎, the crooked case manager, but it was the closing of u/TRUTHLIGHTETHICS 's Public Assistance and Emergency Housing case in retaliation which was far more souldcrushindcrushing as it deminstrated SYSTEMIC corruption, the worsy kind, the kind that gets our coalition heated and impassioned.
