Help me out. I’m as pissed off as the next guy and want to show some solidarity with my Stellantis brethren. (As well as visibly object to the rampant stupidity of the current administration) Is there a place of organization within the city that I can participate in civil disobedience.
Help me out fam

I was wondering if anyone had some fun facts that they’ve heard over the years. I’ve become super fascinated with its history and would like to know more. Maybe even some stories of events that people’s family members went to. There’s only so much that’s been documented on such a beautiful place.
Things that may or not be related that I’d also like to hear more about:
Please please I’d love to hear anything and everything, even if i already know. I’d like to hear it from your perspective!
Thank you for taking the time to read :)

Never been to this venue, but our tickets say doors open at 7. Is this accurate or are they open sooner? I’ve heard with sold out shows it becomes so crowded, so just making sure we can be there early enough to secure a spot we can see :)

A few months ago I was near campus martius and there was a young guy playing music. He had a board set up with a bunch of Venmo/Cashapp other handles.
I don’t remember much about him except he was a younger guy playing guitar (I think) and killing it. He was super talented.
I recall him up on Venmo and trying to send a few bucks as we were leaving but it wouldn’t go through, so unfortunately I can’t find him through my Venmo records.
Anyway it might be a long shot but every now and then I think about it and am curious if anyone knows who it would be?

I turn 21 in ab a week. I haven't renewed my ID yet. I think at this point I'll just go in in person, because I want to get it enhanced so I can go to Canada, and I want/have to get it REAL ID compliant. 1st question, do they take a new picture for you when you get it renewed/those things added?
Second thing is my birthday falls during the weekend. Which means I'll have to go before or after. I'm afraid if I go before, it'll come in vertical and I really don't want to have to deal w that, but if I go in after, then I won't have a temporary ID (which I think they give u if they go in person) and I'm afraid that might make businesses not take me since my current one is expired? cuz I want to go to get drinks and go to a dispensary.
Does anyone have any answers to the first question or experience with you or a someone u know turning 21 lately?
ps this relates to detroit bc im from metro detroit and the michigan page wouldn't let me post:/

Hello,
I live in Canada and my bf lives in Detroit, I’m looking to send him a get well/feel better gift, can anyone recommend me some businesses that offer delivery for some sort of “gift baskets”? I was looking into Edible Arrangements for a fruit basket with chocolate and a teddy bear, are there any other companies that can do something like this?
Any recommendations is appreciated !
Thanks

I recently moved to Detroit’s suburbs from Paris (France), and I’m still trying to adjust. I’m feeling a bit homesick / isolated and would love to get to know the city better.
What are some good areas to walk around that are pedestrian-friendly or have a lively atmosphere? Any recommendations for great food spots or fun activities to do, or things that could help me feel more integrated here? Thank you for reading!
