Anyone around or close to the team know anything new about how Carter is progressing after the arm injury?
I really hope he gets some luck on his side soon. This kid just needs a chance to show what he's got!

It's there any inkling of plans, is it too early?
Should I start saving now for 4 new jerseys?

I can’t stand the commentators I’m listening to on TNT. This chick is annoying, I miss my ogs. Also if we lose I’m gonna lose my shit. FLA has so many injured players.

Hi everyone,
I want to purchase a hockey jersey and have heard that Vintage Detroit and Gameday Detroit are good options. I wanted to get everyone’s opinion on which one is better?
Also, I checked Vintage Detroits website and for a couple of the jerseys I want they don’t have the size I think I would wear so I was wondering if in store has size options that aren’t online or if Vintage Detroit restocks their jerseys?
Lastly, what size should I normally get? I wear medium for my t shirt and hoodies.
Would appreciate everyone’s input!
Edit: Also what is the difference between replica jerseys and premium jerseys on Vintage Detroit’s website? Is it worth it to get a premium or would a replica be good enough?

Leonard recently made his debut for the Capitals and has thus far been pretty noticeable through his first 3 games. He's not a big player but he plays with an edge. He was one of the best college goal scorers in recent years having 61 goals and 109 points in 78 games.
I personally recall that 2023 draft year and being annoyed that we were tied with the Caps in points and that they edged us out by one spot in draft order. I also don't follow prospects much because to me, many fizzle out or never make the show so I don't really care about following them.
However I will remember feeling annoyed that Leonard was hyped up before the draft and was projected to go right before we had a pick at #9.
That 2023 draft seems to be loaded in talent. That was also the year that the Wings made a big jump in payroll which resulted in more points and worse draft picks.
I can't help but think of the "what if" questions had the Wings chose to not sign all those free agents, marginally improving the team, but still resulting in us missing out on guys like Mitchkov and Leonard.
Only time will tell if Danielson becomes as good or better than the guys taken right before him, but I unfortunately can't shake the current disappointment I have with those managerial decisions that eventually resulted in drafting Danielson.
I think we should have sucked for a little longer. The Sharks are imo killing it with their rebuild. They did get much luckier in the draft lotto than we did, but they're also not prematurely speeding anything along the way the Wings have.
I'm mostly venting here, but was curious if anyone else had similar thoughts about that particular draft and those particular players in a "what could have been."
