Anybody know how I can reset my content preferences

I've never actually used DeviantArt I had an account but I never actually liked or followed anything on it. Now comes to today I'm interested in trying to do sprite animation, And I hop on I see straight fetish content and just things that don't like in general I tried blocking the content with tags but it seems to not work does anyone know like how to reset?
