I've been seeing people on here carrying these mini notepad and I've seen online as well "This $2 notebook almost replaced my phone". I don't get the hype, what do you write on there? I'm all for reducing screen time. I can get behind the idea of writing to-do lists and keeping them analog. Some people say they write down their thoughts or ideas but I'd rather they go somewhere a lot more secure (granted a phone is not completely shielded but there are apps that help you get there) than a book that I can misplace. Though I would imagine a robber wouldn't steal a $2 book.

I've also seen some people go through books and books in the course of their life. What do you chaps write on there?

Appointments, lists, random thoughts, reading notes. It stays in my pocket when I am out, unless I am using it. I tend not to lose things.
