Awesome. Although the music makes me want to claw my eardrums out with chopsticks

It always amazes me that people hear are just raw dogging their senses with light mode and auto-play.

u/JGBarco 16h ago
i got autoplay, but im on dark mode and always muted to start... if i either notice that something had audio ill unmute, or if theres a comment about it, otherwise i mostly dont pay attention to it... i wouldnt have known about it had i not read the comment... also i always mute again before moving on and going to other posts
1
u/_PirateWench_ 10h ago
Same except I don’t have auto play. I love it when there are captions so I don’t have to unmute.
If there aren’t it’s a 70/30 chance on me moving on instead of unmuting lol

It always blows my mind that people make/remake music using a baby voice and think that shit slaps

its never too late. me and the homies are all getting full body animal PJs for a meetup in amsterdam in 2 months. Dont let your dreams be dreams.

u/Niksune 14h ago
Full body animal PJs... Fursuits ?

u/JayHat21 10h ago
No silly; PJs, P-Js. Big difference. One’s flannel and polyester and shit, the other’s, like, a mascot suit or something.

Well that's just freakin adorable.

u/LordChefChristoph 12h ago
The funny thing is before I went to work I was like "ugh, I guess that's an adorable ankle biter" but after work and a drink or two I'm like "that IS freakin adorable, little shit trying to balance that big ass head in that cute wittle suit".

Is this AI? Nothing about this looks real to me:(

u/DrCares 1d ago
I think the trick being played is it is sped up. Saw it in a comment the last time it was posted.
If it’s AI, props for not fucking up the buildings in the background or the ski lifts

u/hypo-osmotic 1d ago
People have already forgotten that videos can be manipulated without the use of generative AI
10
-46
u/ImurderREALITY 1d ago
Because people who hate AI are always paranoid about it, and on the hunt for it.
18
u/hypo-osmotic 1d ago
Well I'm not a huge fan of generative AI myself but I'm also kind of stupid so I'm just sitting here assuming it's real unless someone points it out

u/cartoon_violence 1d ago
I swear to God people have gone insane. The AI paranoia is making people question reality.

u/hasslehawk 1d ago
It's an overreaction, sure. But the tech is rapidly improving. I'd honestly rather people over-react now than be caught off-guard by getting scammed by a realtime deepfake of their relative.

They don’t want to accidentally like something the internet told them to hate, and they can’t tell the difference anymore and it makes them look dumb

Pretty sure it is yeah, there are kids this small doing this stuff but the hip swing at start and the frictionless rotation of the board halfway look very unnatural.

Bunny ears violently flopping about look really wrong. Also “cute baby doing this insane thing like a pro” is like THE staple of shitty AI videos.
3
u/gen_petra 9h ago
What?? It looks like a windy day down a slope.
They been putting the shitty AI voice over cute videos of real kids for a lot longer than they've been mass producing entirely AI videos.

u/TheRealJones1977 1d ago
Bunny ears violently flopping
You must be watching a different video. Or you just have no idea what "violently" means.

u/Killy-The-Bid 1d ago
Not AI, too many details that AI has trouble faking.
If it was faked, which I think it was, they used other techniques.

It's a baby with wicked control? Nothing looks ai about this
25
u/tacocollector2 1d ago
It’s sped up, the baby does not have that wicked of control.
Still better than me tho.

u/nivek191998 1d ago
True I didn't notice that. But same Im not nearly that slick..
Take my tacos😔🫱🌮🌮🌮

What makes you say it’s sped up? It does not appear that way when looking at the people in the background, movements appear very normal

My friend's sister had the best story about trying to learn to ski. After watching her fall and struggle to get up (multiple times?) this 3-yr-old skis over to her, says something like, "Here, let me show you how to get back up." Kid falls down next to her, does a perfect recovery, then says, "now you do it!" Sister, wavering between abject embarrassment and murderous intent, mumbles, "Go away, kid."
6
u/LutimoDancer3459 14h ago
That poor kid. Just wanted to help
4
u/redheadedandbold 10h ago
Yeah. Kids that age don't "read the room" well. And, I left out a sentence: good-looking ski instructor, class, all those other witnesses...

3
u/MegaTurtleClan 14h ago
You can tell it's not ai because the video actually has progression, and if you look at the background there's nothing really out of the ordinary. No random morphing either
-16
u/-UncreativeRedditor- 1d ago
Yall are way too paranoid about AI...
25
u/headbanger1186 1d ago
I mean you can't blame them too much, AI has been forced up the ass of just about every subreddit I've been on.
-5
u/-UncreativeRedditor- 1d ago
I get doing a double take with how good AI is now, but I’m tired of all the lazy comments calling everything AI. The person I responded to could’ve just taken a few seconds to actually watch the video and would’ve seen it’s clearly not AI.

I went snowboarding twice in my life once in 8th grade and once when I was 17. That baby did better than I did both times combined.

I could barely make it ten feet when I tried snowboarding for the first time. That was eight years ago.

I HOPE that is AI, because if it's real that is totally irresponsible of the parents. You don't put a baby who is barely walking age on a snowboard and let them slide downhill.

u/Tharrius 1d ago
UH! Literally hundreds of people upvote this shit like OH ISN'T THIS TOTALLY REAL BABY CUTE ON HIS LITTLE SNOWBOARD without even REALIZING that this is Danny DeVito in a costume.
