Hillary did the same thing. She basically did a power point presentation of everything Trump was going to do but tens of millions of americans were like 'but woman period'. Then we proceeded to have the most Karen of Presidents in US history drive our economy into the ground. Biden gets elected, Democrats fix the horrible economy Trump left behind, then tens of millions of americans were like 'but brown woman' and then here we are.

If America wasn't a racist and misogynist country, we'd be a fucking utopia right now. Instead we're teetering on fascism. Fuck this country.

To be fair though, dont you think the Dems should have picked a candidate who had a good chance of winning from the beginning—both times? If the US wasn’t ready for a woman President, they should have picked whatever demographic was more likely to win.

Tbh, the party seems disorganized, not aligned with each other, out of touch with the average American, and seem to care more about about being “right” than winning.

Im not conservative but the other party has figured out how to win and how to connect with enough voters to make it happen.

Eta: For all those downvoting me, you’re proving the point. I’m rooting for the Dems because who else is there to balance out this incredibly imbalanced scenario?

But they’re never going to win until they get some self-awareness ASAP and then, more importantly, unite as one front and make actionable changes to figure out how to get some power back. Sorry guys, that’s the reality of the situation. Sticking heads in the sand only prolongs the situation and makes it worse.

Over 2.5 million people voted for Clinton than Trump in 2016, and that’s with all the Russian interference.
