How can I fix this?

One of the floor planks in my condo keeps shifting whenever we step on it. The whole flooring is around 10yrs old. Is this something I can fix myself or do I need to call in a pro?

Kick stomp the plank back together. If it goes easy you can kick it apart a little and use some gel super glue in the joint and kick it back together

Yes, also make sure to put the glue on the plank slips under so that the glue has more surface area and doesn’t squeeze out onto the floor.

Makes sense, I will try it out!

A rubber based glue might be best.

Love with it or get ready to replace the whole floor would be what I’d set expectations for, likely more cost with floor prep determined after demo.

Several concerns are seen. But speaking to the gap, remove threshold at door push flooring back to overlap. Glue if you want. Then either adjust threshold so it covers the plank as I see the plank to the right of it is not under the threshold, and or replace the threshold with something larger and take care of both of those issues.
