I've been there and what helped me is taking a break. Trying to recover the money lost will only lead to more losses because you're panicking at the moment and not making the right decision. Just take a break, losses are part of learning.

RISK MANAGEMENT. Take a look into that and develop a deep understanding on why it's important.

one loss doesn't matter, only thing that matters is the percentage at the end of the month/year. one win doesn't matter as well in that case. with proper risk management u can only lose 1% per trade anyways, and only 0-1 trades a day (basically try not to trade). today you can lose 1%, the next day you could make 3%, so that loss doesn't matter anymore cuz you're up. Play the long game, losing is part of it. The best traders in the world also lose very often.

Ive taking a lot of losses this week aswell, it’s ok to feel the way you are it’s normal but you have to remember you are not going to get where you want to be doing what you’re doing so you have to take this as a lesson and learn from it and improve. Aswell as the more losses you take the more you’ll come to terms with it’s just apart of the game

The best advice I have seen is "Risk the maximum you're 100% comfortable losing".
Since I have been doing this, and using a 1:1 rr, my trading has improved tenfold.

don't cope. hit stop loss and take a breath, every day is the new day. don't think of profit loss, think about utlize the setbup first

Panicking is very harmful and it's harder said than done but remain calm and accept the losses. They are there for you to learn, everyone has them
