DISCUSSION Dumbest update ever!
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Ever since chapter 6 season 2 started 89% of the building parts in the creative galleries now automatically set to build as a prop.
Whats the point of calling this mode creative where you limit and do unnecessary changes to crestive that limits us creators maps and builds? I might as well go back to No man's sky or minecraft at this point

Why are you blaming the game when it’s something you’re causing yourself? They haven’t changed anything.

I can confirm for OP, that small ledges like this DO INFACT act as if they are props when they are not. I suggest trying things out yourself, before shifting the blame to others.

Dude calm down, you just turned on building as prop. Open your creative quick menu to change it back or just use Gridsnap.

In my opinion building as prop is better. Just turn up the grid snap to like 4-1 and you can snap them like normal. This also allows you to find tune should you need to.

You can change it in quick settings mate. Not an issue.

Once again, you can change this in settings. So shush.

I never said you could not. I said some ledges like this do in fact act as props.

But what's the issue then?

The issue is that those ledges that are shown in the post, act as props no matter what. Try it yourself.

Have you checked if the build to prop setting is on? It sometimes randomly turns on for me
