What You'll Do 🛠

• Character & Graphic Design: Design and develop distinctive characters and graphics in both 2D and 3D to enhance our brand identity.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual communications across the company maintain consistency and reflect our brand's standards.
• Marketing Support: Create a wide range of visual assets to support marketing efforts, including banners, infographics, mockups, and event collateral.
• Event Materials: Take charge of the design process for marketing event materials, optimizing designs for print and digital use.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product operations, and business development teams to drive design initiatives and uphold a cohesive brand vision.

What We're Looking For

• Proven Experience: At least 3 years of full-time experience in brand or graphics design, with a portfolio that showcases your skill in creating compelling visual content.
• Design Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D design tools, Figma, and AI design tools.
• Crypto/DeFi Insight: Experience with fintech apps, preferably within the crypto or Web3 space, is a plus.
• Print & Merch Design: Experience handling design assets for print and merchandise is highly valuable.
• Team Collaboration: Comfortable working in distributed teams and able to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
