Question about front facing cameras. It seems like I had the option for the cameras to record or be on continuously. My beautiful new 2025 Reserve had 440 miles on it when it was involved in a wreck yesterday. Other person's fault but it's yet to be officially ruled as that. If I did indeed have the option to record continuously and said it for that, would the wreck have been recorded and able to access? The front end of the car was not involved in the wreck. She hit me at the driver's side mirror all the way to the back. I'm hoping, if needed, that the front camera recorded the accident

Engine is 2.7L V6 Twin Turbo. Also anyone know if 2023 Reserve comes with Revel speakers?

I've made two posts today and don't see either one.

My husband had the car once a few months ago and came out from work and said all the windows were down and was tripping out. I didn’t believe him that it just happened on its own or whatever.
Well today I’m working from home and look out the window and wouldn’t you know it all my freaking windows are down.
How could this happen? Could it be something with the keys? Pretty sure the keys have been on the end table where I picked them up from since I’ve been home.
Also, I’m still locked out of the app as I bought the car used. I did a factory reset on the screen thing (had to resign into my Sirius xm and everything) as the app directed to claim ownership over the VIN but it didn’t work. So I call for help on the Lincoln line but it was the weekend and I guess it’s not 24/7. So now I need to make time to call and f*ck with the shit on my lunch break because a previous owner could see or do who knows what (I don’t) because I’ve never had the app.

Hello all just bought a 2015 Lincoln mkz and I love the car. I noticed the mykey settings but thought it was something I could disable in settings. Come to find out you can’t just disable this unless you have 2 keys. I have a push to start fob key and i also have a regular key. Am I able to reset the my key settings with the regular non fob key? I couldn’t find anywhere to even use that key. I also read somewhere that you can get in the car and remote start it and disable it, not sure if that actually works? Would suck to have to buy a new fob so fast.
The other issue I didn’t find until I was driving home is that the Bluetooth doesn’t work very well it constantly is cutting out and is unusable. Not sure what could case that.

Just wondering if anyone has a recommended brand or installer for ceramic coating on a new Navigator. My first thought is Car Toys, but not sure if there is a better option.

Title, Replaced the batteries in my key fob and none of the buttons are working. I got this car used last year so this is the first time the issue has come up. Any clue what I should do?
To add, a video I saw had a small plastic barrier in between the two coin batteries, presumably for corrosion, but my key fob doesn’t have that. Could that be related?

Dealer is offering $73,368 on a new loaded Reserve with sticker being $83,710. They want me to sign today and I just want to make sure I didn't leave anything on the table.

I'm looking at a 2015 Lincoln MKC that's going for $9,000. It has 188k miles on it, which seems pretty high to me, but the price seems decent for a luxury crossover.
Has anyone bought an MKC with this kind of mileage? How reliable are they after 150k+ miles? Any common issues I should look out for or ask the seller about? The exterior and interior look clean in the photos, but I'm concerned about potential mechanical problems given the high mileage.
Would appreciate any advice from MKC owners or people familiar with Ford/Lincoln reliability at higher mileages. Is this a decent deal or am I better off looking for something with fewer miles?

Hello, I am looking at possibly purchasing a 2015 Lincoln MKZ hybrid with 65k miles. Will be my new commuter car to save gas and miles on my truck. How are the reliability on these cars from people that own them? if you had to replace your hybrid battery at what age/mileage did you have to do so? the car is averaging around 38MPG so it looks like its getting its advertised MPG so I think the battery is most likely in good health. I also noticed that at max volume the radio is really quiet, not sure what could cause that? It has the THX sound system. I also will need to figure out the SYNC 3 upgrade asap for carplay. I am currently just waiting to pull the trigger on this car because it was pulling to the right when braking so they are doing an alignment on the car so that I can come back and test drive it.

We have a 2015 Lincoln navigator 3.5 and the Alternator isn't charging. Are they all supposed to have 3 mega fuses like shown in the photo? We read something about a 350A fuse for the Alternator but when looking under our hood there's only 2 mega fuses by the battery, can't seem to figure out where the mega fuse that powers the Alternator is. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a 2008 MKX. I recently changed the radiator, ac condenser, and Trans cooler. ive added at least 8 quarts of Mercon V since the replacement. The transmission would violently jerk around 40 mph but would be fine on the highway. Now the car would not move if put in drive or reverse unless restarting the car a couple times. I will be taking to nearby Lincoln dealership soon. Any suggestions on what im looking at?

Do the lamps have a lens that can be replaced or do you have to replace the whole assembly?

Doesn't look like anything's broken, any idea why it's not holding on tight? If just keeps falling off

Could someone recommend me a good mechanic(Lincoln specialists) who can do transmission fluid change in Dallas for my Lincoln? I was quoted 640$ from planet Lincoln ford. My car has 135k miles on and I don’t want to spend that much on it.

What tires do you guys have on your lincoln continental reserves that are all season? It's time to put a new set on since having my 2017 and I'm not sure which way to go other than re-buying what's already on there.

2011 MKZ. I saw some forms saying that it's possible to upgrade sync 1 to 3 in a ford fusion, so I wanted to see if it's possible in the MKZ.
Is it DIY Friendly? How much would it cost? How long would it take? And what all would I need to do it?
Please let me know, thank you!

You could just walk into the plant. No security cared. One day a guy walked in with his deer rifle and shot his wife's boss. They were having an affair. The National Guard had to get involved to find him.
Scary story. 1996.
Lincolns are cool. Murder is dumb.

2025 Aviator Reserve II with dynamic handling. It took a while for me to decide between the Aviator and the Nautilus, but my bad back in that kept coming back to those 30 way adjustable seats in the Aviator! I’m thrilled with the deal we got, too. Buying in March let us use the Z plan discount, $7000 trade, $1500 trade assistance, and $1000 conquest cash to knock almost $20K off MSRP…. PLUS—Had planned on paying cash but qualified for 36 months 0% financing— so now I’ll make some interest by keeping the money in a combo of HYSA with autopay and short term CDs. I almost rolled the dice to see if April incentives were better… wow am I ever glad I bought in March!

Y’all, I’m afraid I did something stupid. I did a transmission gravity drain and refill on my 2013 Lincoln MKX using the Valvoline Dex/Merc transmission fluid based on a mechanics recommendation, but now I’m finding documentation that I should’ve used the Dexron VI/Mercon LV instead. I refilled about a gallon. Did I screw up bad?

Hello -- has anyone successfully used Forscan to program Lincoln Corsair to set auto start-stop to be OFF by default?
My preference is to simple have default OFF and not permanently disable the feature.
I see there is aftermarket mod to permanently disable. I figure this can be done via programming (ie. not by buying additional product).
Thanks

Unless my math ain’t mathing, I don’t see how the friends and family discount is cheaper than the 0% APR they got rid of for the unsold 2024 Navigators.
I mean, unless you are paying it in full?
Am I missing something?
