It was a 'winter party.' It wasn't his birthday. However, with Doug being a Canadian, Feb. 15 fell on Family Day long weekend and a holiday for most of Canada. So we did sort of celebrate with him.

Thank you for the follow-up! I'm overwhelmed with joy for Doug. In the video above, it shows the food but no one around, I was afraid he would be ghosted with a ton of food and that would have crushed my heart!
