It's funny seeing him do the old man squat cuz I'm already doing it and I'm not even 30 yet. XD

I've been doing it since my teens. Had bad knees since I was 8. I'm not looking forward to my 30s and 40s

I hope it gets better for you. I don't have any problems with mine, I just did it as I mimic the kind of exaggerated poses poeple/characters do in shows whenever they're focusing on a far away object, and simply got used to doing it. XD

It's either I do the squat or just lean my body forward. XD

Only gotten worse as time has passed. It's arthritis. Started in the knees, moved to the elbow, then the back, then neck, then feet, then hands... you get it

Look into stem cells. A friend had hers done. Insane response. Like she has a new knee.

That won't help. It's arthritis. The knees itself isn't really the problem. Neck, back, knee, feet, hands, elbow, ETCETERA. My whole body is wack

Depending on your condition, cycling can be a huge help.

Yes and no. So my knees don't hurt cycling but I also have a bad back. My genes took a metal bat to my body
